The GEKO Orchestras brings together intermediate and advance students to explore exciting arrangementsof children's favourite tunes as well as compositions by GEKO's principal tutor and director Carlos Villanueva.

​The GEKO Orchestras perform at local events and festivals.

Entry to the GEKO Orchestra is by invitation only once a student achieves a minimum playing ability level. To qualify, students need show commitment to their instrument, regular weekly practice routines, steady and consistent progress on their instrument and great "working in group" skills. 

The GEKO Orchestra members rehearse online weekly, coming together for two face-to-face rehearsals at the end of each term to perform as a 40-60 piece orchestra.
